Next Sherwin-Williams EcoLean Workshop Set for San Antonio

Aug. 2, 2016—Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes announced Monday that its next EcoLean Level 1 workshop will be held in San Antonio, Oct. 4-5.

The workshop, to be held at the Omni La Mansion del Rio, is designed to educate attendees on the potential profit that could be seen by improving production and eliminating waste in their facilities.

“We aim to give our EcoLean workshop attendees an extensive and comprehensive look at how they can build a lean culture in their shop from the ground up,” said Greg Eisenhardt, manager of sales force effectiveness, Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes.

Attendees will learn an overview of lean production and its practical application in collision repair, approaches to making a collision facility more efficient and effective, and how to build a lean culture from the ground up.
