Sept. 25, 2012—Kadel’s Auto Body, an operator of several shops in Oregon, has acquired Tarter’s Keizer Collision Center in Keizer, Ore.

The shop transaction was completed Monday. Kadel’s newest location marks its third collision repair facility in the Keizer, Ore., market, and the company’s 17th shop overall.

"We are very excited with this most recent addition to Kadel's Auto Body,” said Don Braden, president and CEO of the company. “Kadel’s success is based on a commitment to quality repairs, excellent customer service and our support of the local community. Keizer Collision Center enjoys a very good reputation and will be a great addition to the Kadel’s Family.”

Braden said the new location will continue to operate with the same staff.

“I am confident Kadel’s Auto Body will be a great asset to the community of Keizer. They will continue to operate Keizer Collision Center with the same people and the same level of service that has kept our customers satisfied over the last 24 years,” said Hank Tarter, former owner of Tarter’s Keizer Collision Center.
