April 14, 2014

April 14, 2014—Demandforce has entered into an agreement to acquire CustomerLink, according to announcements made on both companies' websites last week. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Both CustomerLink and Demandforce, an Intuit company, provide customer management and retention services to the automotive repair and collision repair industries.

“We share a vision around our passion for small business success and have common roots in the automotive industry so today we are announcing our plans to join force,” the CustomerLink announcement stated. “Once the acquisition closes, CustomerLink and Demandforce will remain dedicated to small business success. It’s our priority to keep you more than satisfied as a customer.”

In addition to Demandforce and, now, CustomerLink, Intuit’s portfolio of software companies includes QuickBooks and TurboTax.
