ALLDATA launches collision shop marketing tool

Oct. 28, 2011—ALLDATA on Thursday announced that ALLDATA Market is now available to collision repair shops to help improve marketing efforts.

ALLDATA Market, which has been available to mechanical shops for years, offers the following marketing features for collision repair shops:

• Fully hosted shop website with content provided by ALLDATA
• Personalized customer pages with service histories
• Automated newsletters on the customer's behalf
• Find-A-Shop, a national directory listing for customers to find a local shop
• Online appointment scheduling, which is integrated with ALLDATA Manage

"ALLDATA Market gives shops visibility they didn't have before,” said Dan Espersen, senior collision program manager for ALLDATA. "With an online presence and the listing in our 'Find-A-Shop' directory, customers can find a collision shop easily when they need one, perhaps even while on the side of the road."
