CHICAGO, July 21, 2010—The Collision Industry Conference (CIC) announced Michael Quinn as the organization’s new chairman Wednesday.
Quinn will serve a two-year term as chairman. He will facilitate his first CIC meeting in January 2011.
Quinn is the owner 911 Collision Centers, which has seven locations in Tucson, Ariz., Scottsdale, Ariz., and Las Vegas, Nev. Quinn is also director at large for the National Auto Body Council (NABC).
Quinn replaces Russell Thrall, publisher of CollisionWeek, who has served as CIC chairman since January 2009. Thrall will facilitate his final CIC meeting Nov. 3 in Las Vegas during the SEMA Show.
