I-CAR moves one step closer to partnership with AIA Canada

Order Reprints

March 31, 2010—I-CAR signed a memorandum of understanding with the Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada) as the next step in transitioning the administration of I-CAR’s Canadian collision repair training to the organization.

The memorandum of understanding is part of the process to secure a licensing agreement between the two organizations.

A full transition will take place by May 1, according to I-CAR.

As a part of the transition, I-CAR discontinued sales of discount coupons in Canada. Canadian students holding discount coupons must use them at regularly scheduled classes by April 30. Any unused coupons must be returned to I-CAR for a refund by December 31.
