Aaron Marshall manages Marshall Auto Body, a leader in innovation and shop sustainability that converted to a lean production system in 2006. The shop has since become highly regarded as an example of the impact lean theory and processes--waste-eliminating, "pull" production principles based on the Toyota Production System--can have on a collision operation. Marshall, a former FenderBender columnist, is well-known as a lean expert and hosts frequent tours of his operation to explain its production system.

In the aforementioned webinar, Marshall will offer his insight on spurring elite shop floor efficiency.
