There are, however, certain strategies that every shop can adapt to fit its own needs—systems, processes, procedures and philosophies that, when implemented correctly, can propel an average shop to elite status. It’s time to take your shop to the next level.

In the second installment of the 2018 FenderBender Webinar series, sponsored by Robaina, one of the industry’s foremost experts on shop operations, Dave Luehr, will discuss the advanced workflow secrets, top operations strategies, and the advanced technology and systems that are driving the top collision repair businesses forward.

You will learn how:

  • The advanced operational models of European shops will trickle stateside
  • Modern, sophisticated technology increases results
  • Vehicle damage assessments can increase efficiency
