Jan. 6, 2014

Jan. 6, 2014—MAACO announced Monday the opening of a new franchise center in Lauderhill, Fla., that the company hopes will display its renewed focus to the customer experience.

Designed to put the customer first, the new MAACO center offers a host of what it calls industry “firsts,” including:

  • Digital sales boards featuring informative videos.
  • Kiosks providing a consultative approach to customer service.
  • A retail color wall featuring 23 unique paint color options.
  • Point-of-sale retail displays.

“I am extremely excited to open this new location,” said Steve Chertock, the owner of the Florida franchise. “The modern features and technology will give our customers a closer look at the process, and enable them to really understand what services they need and why they need them.”

The center will employ 10 local technicians. Chertock, who currently owns an existing location in Delray Beach, Fla., also plans to open centers at two additional locations during the next two years.

The new center is located at 4907 N. University Dr., Lauderhill, Fla.
