Solera Holdings acquires See Progress

Sept. 7, 2011 — Solera Holdings, Inc., a global provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry, has purchased See Progress, Inc., known in the collision repair industry for its AutoWatch application.

Shops use AutoWatch to capture and transmit real-time status updates to insurers and vehicle owners through text messaging and photos.

The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
