March 8, 2012—LogMyCalls, a call tracking and monitoring software product developed by ContactPoint, recently partnered with AskPatty.com to provide marketing tracking and call recording to AskPatty.com’s certified female friendly retailers at a discounted rate.

LogMyCalls said the partnership will allow more than 1,000 AskPatty.com certified female friendly businesses to determine how many calls are being generated by their AskPatty.com listings and advertisements. Users are able to track where callers are being referred from and monitor their sales and service staff’s telephone techniques through online recordings.

“We are so excited to be able to add this amazing technology to the Ask Patty program,” said Jody DeVere, CEO of AskPatty.com. “Over 70 percent of women make first contact with a business via a phone call. From a woman’s perspective, the tone and success of this call sets the tone of the entire relationship. LogMyCalls hits the bullseye when it comes to tracking marketing and vital phone communication.”

“This is a very exciting partnership for LogMyCalls,” said Jason Wells, CEO of ContactPoint. “AskPatty.com is a household name because they provide trusted automotive advice and information for women across America. Now they can demonstrate their effectiveness to help their certified businesses by tracking their marketing as well.”
