Whether you're performing scheduled maintenance or replacing worn parts after years of spraying, these sets make it easy to restore your spray gun's performance and keep it operating like it should. Every SATA Maintenance Set includes replacements for the most commonly worn parts needed to keep your spray gun performing at its best. Instead of purchasing a complete repair kit filled with components you may not need, these maintenance sets provide replacements for the parts commonly required during routine service and preventative maintenance, such as the sealing ring for the air cap ring; sealing element for the fluid tip; air distribution ring and extraction tool; air piston rod; seal retainer; spindle seal; air piston head; and paint needle packing, seal, pressure ring for the needle seal, and compression screw. It's a simple, cost-effective solution that helps extend the life of your spray gun while minimizing downtime.
