Randy Sattler Added to Management Conference Lineup

June 22, 2017

A new speaker has been added to the 2017 FenderBender Management Conference lineup.

June 22, 2017—Randy Sattler, manager of Rydell Collision Center in Grand Forks, N.D., will deliver a session and sit on a panel during the 2017 FenderBender Management Conference.

Since promoting Sattler to manager, Rydell Collision Center has grown each year in volume thanks in part to Sattler’s willingness to experiment with creative business models and methods, while always remembering that relationships are the key to success. Sattler’s session, “Make Changes Stick,” will teach attendees to implement measurable, sustainable improvement that will drive long-term growth. “Recipe for Success,” the panel that Sattler will sit on, will tackle what ingredients shops need for success in today’s complex market.

The FenderBender Management Conference, scheduled from Sept. 27-29 in Chicago, will include educational sessions, deep-dive workshops, panel and roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities all aimed at helping shop owners and managers make money, save money and work smarter. Conference sessions and speakers were inspired by the best FenderBender magazine content and the most pressing topics in the industry today.
