Fiat Chrysler’s Erica Schaefer and Dan Black will be on the webinar to help consultant Mike Anderson educate shops about using FCA’s ‘Tech Authority’ website to locate the repair procedures, information and position statements they need.
March 12, 2018—Trainer and consultant Mike Anderson of Collision Advice continues his new series of monthly webinars, entitled “Learn to Research, Research to Learn,” with a session conducted March 23 from Fiat Chrysler’s headquarters.
“More than 700 people participated in our first webinar in the series, which focused on Toyota,” Anderson said. “That tells me this industry is hungry for more help in researching OEM procedures. This month, Fiat Chrysler’s Erica Schaefer and Dan Black will be on the webinar with me to help educate shops about using FCA’s ‘Tech Authority’ website to locate the repair procedures, information and position statements they need.”
The webinar will be held at 1 p.m. EST on Friday, March 23. Webinar attendees can text in live questions to be answered by Anderson or a member of the FCA team.
Attendees will need to use their computer audio for this webinar; no phone dial-in will be available.
Previous webinars in the series, including the one on Toyota’s “Technical Information System,” are being posted at the CIECA website but registering for the live webinars will ensure you are notified when archived webinars are posted.
