Chrysler 300, Jeep Wrangler Join Takata Recall

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has issued a recall for the 2014-15 Chrysler 300 and 2014-16 Jeep Wrangler as part of the ongoing Takata air bag campaign.

April 10, 2018—Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has issued a recall for the 2014-15 Chrysler 300 and 2014-16 Jeep Wrangler as part of the ongoing Takata air bag campaign, Car Advice reports.

Vehicles affected by this notice are fitted with faulty passenger-side air bags, and are labeled with the less-dangerous beta rating.  

Faulty Takata air bags have been linked to 19 deaths globally, along with some 200 injuries.
