The Louisiana Attorney General has sued a 30-year-old body shop, alleging the shop's business practices and advertising are dishonest.

May 16, 2018—The Louisiana Attorney General has sued a 30-year-old body shop, alleging the shop's business practices and advertising are dishonest, reported WBRZ.

The lawsuit, that was filed on Friday against Owens Collision and Service Center, seeks the judge to force the shop to halt work, according to the report.

The suit says Owens Collision misrepresented the contract customers signed, held vehicles longer than necessary to allegedly increase non-repair fees.
