2018 FenderBender Management Conference Day Three Recap

Sept. 20, 2018
The last day of the 2018 FenderBender Management Conference featured a jam-packed day of presentations designed to improve collision repair shops.

September 20, 2018—A presentation by Jacob Nossaman, owner of Collision Works of Oklahoma, jumpstarted the last day of the 2018 FenderBender Management Conference.

Nossaman spoke on why the biggest asset in a business is the people, and how he has grown his business from one location to seven with a focus on team building and retention.

Topics presented on Day Three included keys to increased efficiency, how to set up your shop to repair modern vehicles, how to break through bottlenecks, and increase insurance reimbursement. Megan Williams, marketing director for Lefler Collision & Glass Repair Centers, expanded on how defining a shop's brand and conforming it to the community's expectations has increased her shop's annual revenue.

The conference ended with a two-hour session in which attendees worked with renowned industry experts of their choice to help them identify their business' largest bottlenecks and formulate plans to correct these issues.

The workshop experts included Jason Boggs, Matthew McDonnell, Kevin Rains and Randy Sattler.
