Report: Axalta CEO Resigned Amid Conduct Investigation

Axalta Coating Systems said its recent CEO resigned by mutual agreement following an investigation into conduct that the company believes was inconsistent with company policies.

October 16, 2018—Axalta Coating Systems said recently that its former chief executive officer, Terrence Hahn, has resigned following an investigation into conduct that breaks company policy, reported MarketWatch.

The behavior was not related to financial matters, the company said in a statement.
