July 10, 2020—OEConnection (OEC), an automotive technology provider for OEM distribution networks, announced on Monday that it had acquired NuGenIT, Inc., a software company specializing in body shop and collision industry optimization tools.
Headquartered in Kansas City, NuGenIT provides integrated workflow applications for collision repairs, and data mining and reporting capabilities for the collision and insurance industries.
