CCC® UpdatePlus: The CCC UpdatePlus package includes a variety of convenient and intuitive automatic features that make each customer’s repair experience effortless from start to finish. Send repair status updates, appointment reminders and more with the integrated text and e-mail features. After an appointment is completed, CCC UpdatePlus will send out surveys to rate your performance and CSI scores.

CCC® Engage: All CCC UpdatePlus users can now add CCC Engage to further their customer engagement sophistication. This includes two powerful new features: Lobby and Carwise Appointments.

Lobby – Modernize your customer check-in process with a tablet device and application where your customers can check-in when they arrive at your shop. Lobby will prompt them to enter their preferred contact method use it for all future CCC UpdatePlus updates and reminders.

Carwise Appointments – Add your open appointment times to your Carwise profile, allowing new customers to make appointments with you online.

Carwise Shop Finder™: Build your Carwise profile for free – all CCC ONE users can fill out their shop information and get in front of new customers that are searching for shops like yours. Fill out your profile completely for best results. Your survey results will show up here, too, allowing you to stand out against your competitors.
