A Recycled Rides presentation recently provided a veteran in Buffalo, New York with reliable transportation, according to a press release.

A 2019 Chevy Trax donated by GEICO and restored by Auto Collision and Glass was given to Kimberly Ziotek, a U.S. Army veteran nominated by the Western New York Heroes.

Ziotek served in Kuwait and Iraq from 1997 to 2004. She is a single mother taking care of a young daughter and has struggled with unreliable transportation, owning a vehicle in need of repairs that surpass its original value.

After receiving the vehicle during an August 23 presentation held at GEICO’s Buffalo office, Ziotek will now have the ability to provide safe transportation for her daughter and be able to reliably get to her job.
