CIECA has revealed what speakers will be discussing EVs and emerging technology at this year’s CIECA CONNEX Conference, according to a press release.
The conference will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bloomington, Illinois, September 12 through 13, and is open to CIECA members and non-members.
Damon Aldrich, strategy development director of electric vehicles at Enterprise Holdings Inc., will present “Electric Vehicles: A Rental Fleet Perspective.”
Aldrich is a subject matter on EV infrastructure and zero-emission mobility and is responsible for supporting strategic and operational initiatives on Enterprise’s innovation team.
Brandon Branham, chief technology officer and assistant city manager for Peachtree Corners/Curiosity Lab, will be discussing “Connected Infrastructure — The Future of Cities.”
Branham is in charge of the City of Peachtree Corners’ smart city and Internet of Things (IoT) programs, as well as Curiosity Lab, a 500-acre technology park and 1.5-mile autonomous vehicle test street.
The “Learning Innovations & Technologies” presentation will be led by Jeff Peevy, vice president of technical products, programs & services at I-CAR.
Peevy has over 20 years of executive management experience and has helped facilitate the development and growth of I-CAR curriculum and technical relations efforts.
General manager of advanced repair technologies at OEConnection (OEC), Tanya Sweetland will present on “Deploying Repair Planning as a Standard.”
Sweetland oversees directing strategy and delivery of collision repair solutions at OEC and has spent almost 30 years working with product, data, operations, and technology teams.
