I-CAR has announced the results of this year’s Board of Directors election, according to a press release.
The Board gained three additions, with each individual serving a three-year term. This includes Mark Thorpe, director of sales & operations at Nissan North America, representing the OEM segment; Brian Herron, CEO of Opus IVS, representing the tool, equipment & supply segment; and Trent Tinsley, assistant vice president at Entegral Holdings, LLC, representing the related industry services segment.
Those reinstated to the Board include Patrick Hart, college president at New York Automotive & Diesel Institute, who will serve a 2-year term representing the education segment; Dean Fisher, strategic advisor at Driven Brands, serving a 2-year term representing the collision repair segment; and Jennifer Boyer, director of strategy & business office at Ford Motor Company, serving a 4-year term representing the OEM Segment.

The Board members’ terms will begin immediately following the August 23 Board of Directors meeting.
The Board also said its goodbyes to Mark Allen of Audi of America, Dan Friedman of Entegral Holdings, Inc., and Bill Shaw of PPG Industries.
