Palladium Equity Partners Acquires 3 Parts Distributors

The three aftermarket collision repair part distributors acquired by Palladium will be combined into one platform called Collision Auto Parts LLC.

Palladium Equity Partners has announced the acquisition of three aftermarket collision repair part distributors that will be combined into one platform called Collision Auto Parts LLC, according to a press release.

Having recently acquired National Auto Parts, USA. Inc., NAP San Diego, LLC, and National Auto Parts-Oakland, LLC, Palladium has partnered with management to create a new company by combining the three.

Now, as Collision Auto Parts LLC, the company will altogether have six distribution facilities in the Western U.S. and serve more than 3,000 customers, consisting of regional body shops, multiple-shop operators, and walk-ins.

“With Palladium's resources and expertise, we intend to embark on a focused growth strategy, through adding new locations and completing acquisitions to continue to provide our customers with superior availability and customer service,” stated Collision Auto Parts CEO Ray Tsai.
