Axalta CEO Hahn Resigns

Axalta Coating Systems has endured a shakeup at the top of its corporate structure.

October 12, 2018—Following the resignation of Axalta CEO Terrence Hahn, Axalta recently appointed recent executive vice president and chief financial officer Robert Bryant as the interim CEO, reported Seeking Alpha.

Hahn joined Axalta only a month ago after spending more than a decade a Honeywell, where he was president and CEO of the company's home and building technologies group, and spending nearly 20 years with air products and chemicals, according to the report.

Bryant had been Axalta's vice president and CFO since 2013 after serving six years at CFO of Roll Global LLC.
