The merger means ProCare has more than 24 auto body shops in the Austin, Texas market and eight in the San Antonio, Texas market.
The AMM Collision name will not change. The shop has four locations in Austin, Texas, and locations in Buda, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs, Kyle, Leander, San Marcos, Schertz and San Antonio.
ProCare began in 1999 with two locations in San Antonio, Texas. Before the merger, the company included 320 staff and after the merger will have 550 employees.
