Oct. 23, 2019—Nagy's Collision Centers on Friday closed on a sale to Caliber Collision Centers. Ron Nagy, president of Nagy's Collision Centers, announced the acquisition through Facebook. Caliber has acquired all 11 locations.

Nagy's Collision had renovated the Hartville, Ohio location in May.

Nagy’s Body & Frame was established in 1973 by Dave Nagy in Doylestown, Ohio. In 1995, brothers Ron and Dan Nagy purchased the business from their father, expanding the business to eleven locations across northeast Ohio.

"I cannot begin to name names of all those who have helped Dan & I build this business from the single location we bought from my father to the 11 location company we finished with," Ron Nagy stated in a Facebook post. "I'm excited to start the next chapter in my life wherever the good Lord leads me."

Ron Nagy received the  2018 Leadership Wooster Distinguished Alumni Award, by the Wooster (Ohio) Area Chamber of Commerce. Recently, Sue Ritzman, human resources manager for Nagy's Collision Centers shared her thoughts on consolidation and how it affects employee benefits.
