“We take pride in helping those who have been in an accident navigate the claims and repair process,” said Sheryl Driggers, co-owner of Universal Collision. “Our mission is to care for people and deliver excellence.” The company first learned about CIECA from Mike Anderson of Collision Advice and the Axalta Business Council Group. After doing some further research and better understanding CIECA’s mission, they decided to join the organization. Driggers said that Universal Collision is committed to continually adopting innovative technology to better serve customers. “We are focused on providing an exceptional repair experience for our customers through utilizing proven standards and continuously looking to improve efficiencies and processes with emerging technology,” said Driggers. “We believe CIECA standards help ensure we are delivering an excellent experience for our customers, team members and partners.” For more information about Universal Collision, visit https://universalcollision.com/.
