Quality Claims Solutions partners with AutoReturn for tow program

June 15, 2011

June 15, 2011 — Quality Claims Solutions Inc., which runs repair network Auto Body Alliance, is now offering towing services for its direct repair shops through a partnership with towing management and logistics provider AutoReturn.

The recently announced pairing is meant to allow insurance carriers to dispatch tow assignments to AutoReturn providers throughout the country in addition to electronically sending repair assignments to AutoBody Alliance Direct Repair shops, independent adjusters and staff.

“This allows our Carrier partners to integrate a valuable, but often overlooked or undermanaged part of the repair process,” said Steve Bruce, President of Quality Claims Solutions. “By integrating a tow partner we are striving to increase efficiencies, reduce expenses such as storage fees, and at the same time provide the management tools to measure the process.”

AutoReturn offers its services nationwide, partnering with municipalities and existing tow operators to achieve efficiency, quality service and increased cost recovery. For more information on the company, go to autoreturn.com.
