July 29, 2013—Mitchell International has partnered with Freight Buddy to provide quotation and scheduling services for freight shipment in the Mitchell RepairCenter ToolStore catalog.
Freight Buddy, a Reviva Logistics Internet-based freight quotation and scheduling service, will provide Mitchell customers with a simple method of shipping automotive parts to and from collision repair centers.
“By offering the Freight Buddy add-on in the ToolStore, shops will have the ability to schedule and track a shipment through their RepairCenter workspace, saving time and effort,” said Brian Elmi, senior manager of product management at Mitchell.
Ben Goodwin, president of Reviva Logistics encourages people to compare old freight invoices with the new Freight Buddy system. He says the process is quicker and cheaper.
“The entire freight quote process can take as little as 45 seconds,” Goodwin said.
