Honda Releases Customer Safety Video

June 4, 2015—American Honda has announced the launch of a new consumer safety video, “What You See, Is Not Necessarily What You Get,” which intends to highlight the importance of having a vehicle repaired with a correct collision repair process.

The five-minute video follows a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid, damaged in a collision, and then improperly repaired leaving it in an unsafe, unroadworthy condition. The video points out the importance of having a collision-damaged vehicle repaired in a safe and proper manner using the correct tools, equipment, and repair standards.

The video emphasizes to consumers that along with finding a quality repair shop, they should also be involved and engaged in the repair process.
