CSi Complete interfaces with DuPont ProfitNet

March 16, 2011

March 16, 2011 — Shops using DuPont Performance Coatings’ ProfitNet management system can now upload customer information directly to CSi Complete to trigger customer satisfaction surveys, DuPont announced Wednesday.

CSi Complete recently approved the interface, which eliminates the need for collision repair centers to manually send data to begin the survey process.

“This is a simple, efficient and secure way to communicate the necessary information to perform the customer follow-up on behalf of the repair facility,” said John Webb, CSi Complete’s senior vice president of marketing and new business. “This tool and functionality also more firmly establishes the relationship between our companies, which can be used to produce service enhancements for our mutual customers in the future.”

Tom McGarry, services manager for information technology at DuPont, said the interface should help collision centers lower their administrative workload and costs.

The interface was tested and is ready for nationwide implementation, DuPont said. For more information on ProfitNet, go to pc.dupont.com or contact your local sales representative. For CSi Complete information, contact Joe Webb at 800.343.0641 or [email protected].
