October 26, 2010— announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Kelley Blue Book.

Part of the acquisition includes taking over Kelley Blue Book’s sister companies, CDMdata and CDM Dealer Services, according to an press release_notes. Kelley Blue Book will continue to operate in Irvine, Calif., and remain a subsidiary of Paul Johnson, president of Kelley Blue Book, and Kelley Blue Book's leadership team will remain in place.
