June 28, 2010—The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) recently announced two women have been appointed co-chairwomen to its architecture and education committees.

Kathy Goddard, of Safelite Solutions and co-chairwoman of the Education Committee, will also be co-chairwoman of the Architecture Committee.

“Kathy Goddard has done a wonderful job contributing to the Architecture Committee over the last several years, and has become a leader within the group,” said Deathe Davis, Architecture Committee member. “Kathy has played a key role in advancing the work and processes [of the committee] to where we are today.”

Ashley Shirk, APU Solutions, will join Goddard as co-chairwoman of the Education Committee.

“I am excited at the opportunity to take a leadership role with CIECA and the Education Committee,” Shirk said. “The tremendous impact that CIECA has on the development of e-commerce communication standards is due to the commitment and participation of its members.”
