Feb. 28, 2013—Zara’s Collision Center based in Springfield, Ill., has named Brady Smith as its assistant general manager.

Smith has been with Zara’s Collision Center since 2008. He has held numerous positions, most recently as coordinator of continuing education and safety compliance.

“Brady has literally grown up with our business, and we’re very pleased that he is stepping into a leadership role with us,” said Brad Zara, owner of Zara’s Collision Center. “He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Robert Morris University in Springfield in mid-February and joined us full-time afterward. Because of his hands-on experience and academic achievement, Brady brings a valuable perspective to our operations.”

Smith also recently completed a 10-week management internship.
