June 19, 2015—Car-O-Liner announced on Thursday that it will sponsor a pair of collision repair skills competitions, as part of its overall efforts to promote industry training and education.
First, Car-O-Liner will sponsor of the Collision Repair Technology (CRT) competition at the 51st annual SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference held June 22-26 in Louisville, Ky. Then, on Aug. 11-16, Car-O-Liner will be a global sponsor of the Autobody Repair portion of the 43rd WorldSkills Competition in São Paulo, Brazil.
The CRT competition is open to the public and free of charge. Car-O-Liner has supported the event for more than five years. Students will repair a sample vehicle in a race against the clock. Judging will be based on speed of work, overall appearance of the finished product, and safety practices employed.

The WorldSkills Competition in Brazil occurs every two years and is the biggest vocational education and skills event in the world. The competition brings young people from all over the world to compete for medals in 46 professional skills. This will be the fourth WorldSkills Competition in which Car-O-Liner has been the global sponsor of the Autobody Repair skill.
