“This Lyell store will be the second location in Gates,” acknowledged Nu-Look President, Todd Zigrossi. “Over the last few years, we have seen a need to service the Greece area and western Rochester. We hope that adding locations will provide a level of convenience when our customers are dealing with stressful situations like car accidents.”
The opening of this 21,000 square foot location will create approximately 10 new jobs, adding to Nu-Look’s current roster of more than 130 people.
As the locally-owned company continues to grow, customer satisfaction remains at the top of the priority list. “Providing quality repairs and honest, trustworthy service is our mission,” says Zigrossi. Nu-Look Collision prides itself on the fact that despite their growth, customers can visit any of their eleven locations and be treated with a “mom and pop” level of service.
The Lyell Avenue may be the newest store, but it might not be the last. “Some big things are in the works for Nu-Look,” hinted Zigrossi. “We look forward to making a few more announcements by the end of the year.”
