This year we are expanding our survey coverage area. More and more collision businesses outside the metro Atlanta area are getting involved with the GCIA http://www.searchautoparts.com/abrn/collision-industry-news/gcia-hosts-george-avery-partstrader-discussion. Therefore, are mailing will go to all major metropolitan area across Georgia, including Macon, Augusta, Savannah, and Columbus. As usual, we have made the survey available online and it only takes a few minutes to complete. The survey is at:

A postcard reminder is being mailed to all collision shops across Georgia this week. If you do not complete the survey online, a representative from CSi Complete will contact your shop later in March to followup via phone. Please study your costs of doing business and enter the amount that you need to cover your costs and generate a profit. Do not include any rates that may exist between your repair facility and any contracted customer such as a Fleet Account or Insurance DRP Program. If your Company is represented by more than one location, please complete a survey for each location. Shop identities will not be published with the results of this survey and will remain confidential. Names are only needed to track demographics and ensure that only one survey is cast per Repair Facility location.
