This expanded product liability protection supersedes LKQ's previous Promise of Protection.

"We set a new industry standard with the introduction of our Promise of Protection program a few months ago. Now our expanded Promise of Protection goes to a completely new level by offering product liability indemnification on a much broader range of our parts, including OEM recycled," said Rob Wagman, President and CEO of LKQ. "Without question, this expansion of our Promise of Protection program reinforces our commitment to leading the industry in quality assurance on these parts. We are committed to providing only safe, quality products that are cost effective, environmentally-conscious, and which now come with full protection for our customers."
