Green Earth Technologies (GET) has partnered with its first international distributor — New Zealand-based Nano1 Limited — opening retail product availability to Australia, the Pacific Islands, New Zealand, South East Asia and the United Arab Emirates.

GET’s line of biodegradable car care products will be bottled and distributed by Nano1, a developer of low maintenance, environmentally friendly products and services.

Oversees distribution is a major development for the green-product developer, says Jeff Marshall, GET president and CEO. The company produces “G”-branded, environmentally friendly products made with American-grown base oils and nanotechnology.

GET’s line of bio-based, “ultimate biodegradable,” superior performing, automotive appearance and performance products includes G-OILTM Motor Oil, 2-Cycle Engine Oil, and Bar and Chain Oil, G-WASHTM Car Wash; G-GLASS™ Organic Glass Cleaner, Anti-Fog, and Hydrophobic Rain Repellent; G-WHEELTM Wheel Cleaner, and Brake Dust Shield; G-TIRETM Ultimate Tire Shine; and G-SCENTTM Odor Eliminator.

The line is currently available across the United States. Thirteen retailers have Green Earth products on the shelves, including Target, Amazon.com, participating ACE and True Value Hardware locations, Fred Meyer, VIP, National Auto Stores, Bennett Auto Supply, Bigg's, Redner's Warehouse Markets, Trader Horns, The Anderson's, Frank's Auto Supermarket and Autoality.

GET has also added two new management team members: Ron Shaffer, 25-year industry veteran with an operations focus, has been named Vice President Global Supply Chain / Logistics; and Christian Conley, CPA and 15-year industry veteran with extensive financial and accounting experience, will serve as Controller.

“Ron’s extensive experience in operations and global supply chain management, combined with Christian’s impressive financial management background, provide exactly the skill sets that a fast-growing company needs to thrive,” Marshall says. “Their added support and expertise could not come at a better time for GET, as we’ve begun expanding globally and are preparing to introduce even more products to an already expansive line.”

Most recently serving as Senior Director Global Supply Chain at OQO Corp., a San Francisco-based mobile computing company, Shaffer will manage all aspects of operations, supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, planning and forecasting, procurement, purchasing, contract manufacturing, distribution, warehousing and operation of management information and control systems.

Conley, formerly with Bear Naked Inc. and Pepsi Cola North America, will head the company’s fiscal accounting responsibilities, including establishing financial policies and budgets, overseeing accounting and monthly financial reporting and preparing SEC filings.
