Delphi Corp. has retained W.Y. Campbell & Company lead the sale of Delphi's Brake business.

With an estimated 2008 revenue of $295 million, Delphi's Brake business provides fully integrated brake system solutions to customers, as well as engineered components tailored to customer requirements.

More than 1,000 global employees make up Delphi’s three manufacturing and assembly facilities, located in Juarez, Mexico and Shanghai, China. The business also has technical centers in Shanghai; Brighton, Michigan; and Dayton, Ohio.
