Toyo is bringing a bit of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) action to the Las Vegas Convention Center for the Nov. 1-4 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show.

The tire maker’s Las Vegas-themed booth will include appearances by MMA fighters and an Octagon-inspired interactive photo display along with an assortment of custom vehicles equipped with the company’s tires. The exhibit will also include Las Vegas DJ Mikey Swift spinning tunes on turntables.

Attendees will have a chance to take pictures with the fighters, and then download the free pictures almost immediately to share them with their friends. Fans will also be able to pose for pictures with an official Ultimate Fight Club (UFC) championship belt.

“As the Official Tire of the UFC, we are excited to showcase our involvement with the fastest-growing sport in the United States,” says Amy Coleman, Toyo’s senior director of marketing.

“This is a fun way to provide an opportunity for customers and fans to meet the fighters in person and share the experience with their friends,” she adds. “Like Toyo tires, these athletes are driven to perform and be the best.”

Some of the fighters scheduled to appear at the booth include UFC light heavyweight Brandon “The Truth” Vera, Strikeforce women’s welterweight champion Miesha “Take-Down” Tate, UFC featherweight Chad “Money” Mendes and UFC lightweight Anthony “Showtime” Pettis. The first 100 people in line to meet Pettis will also receive a special Toyo Tires/Showtime Pettis t-shirt by FORM Athletics.

More fighters being hosted by Toyo at the exhibit are to be announced throughout the convention.

The Toyo Tires Ultimate Ride Sweepstakes custom Dodge Durango is to be showcased at the booth among other custom vehicles. Features on the Dodge include a set of Proxes ST II high performance tires and a T-REX four piece flat black mesh grill fitted with the UFC logo. Running through Jan. 2, the Ultimate Ride Sweepstakes will award one winner a set of Toyo tires each week while the grand prize will drive away in the Durango. Show attendees can enter to win by scanning a QR code at the Toyo booth or going to the company’s website.

Also on display will be the Le Monstre, a one-of- a-kind 2012 CTS-V Coupe from the Cadillac-tuning D3 Group. Featuring a sinister matte black wrap by Wraptivo and a custom wide-body, it rolls on 275/30ZR20 and 345/25ZR20 Proxes T1R UHP summer tires.

Le Monstre, which will be racing on the Time Attack circuit next year, gets its power from a 427 CID engine fed by a 3.6L supercharger system. With a competition-ready suspension and upgraded chassis, the ride is a tribute to the 1950 Cadillac Coupe Series 61 (the car was dubbed Le Monstre by the French media), which competed in the 1950 24 Hours of LeMans, piloted by American driver Briggs Cunningham.

“We are excited to debut Le Monstre in our SEMA Show booth,” says Stan Chen, manager of events and motorsports. “The addition of this remarkable D3 Cadillac helps demonstrate the quality, performance capabilities, and diverse range of fitments manufactured into our line of Toyo tires.”

The other vehicles debuting at Toyo’s booth will be the WALD F10 Black Bison, a tuned 2011 BMW 5 Series by Wald International of Japan equipped with 20- inch Proxes T1 Sport UHP summer tires. Truck enthusiasts can view the Street Concepts Ford F-150 Raptor equipped with 20-inch Open Country M/T tires while featuring a ‘Snow Camo’ vehicle wrap.

For those not attending the SEMA Show, regular updates, including photos and videos, will be provided on both Facebook and Twitter.
