Hankook's tires were showcased on the Feb. 23 debut of the Speed network’s new 'Car Warriors' program. With Hankook providing the tires, the episode pitted two teams of car builders against each other as they struggled to construct the best custom car.

The show’s all-star panel of judges consists of:

George Barris – Known as “The King of the Customizers,” he is celebrated as the builder of the original Batmobile and Green Hornet, the Munster Koach and the Beverly Hillbillies jalopy. His recent work includes a custom built Toyota Prius commissioned by The New York Times and a one-off 2010 Camaro for General Motors.

Jimmy Shine – Star of the television show “Hard Shine” and lead fabricator at the Co-Cal Speed Shop, his work has been featured in Popular Hot Rodding, Speedhunter and Rod & Custom magazines. Shine is also a racer and member of Utah’s Bonneville 200 mph Club.

“Mad Mike” Martin – As the customizing supervisor for Southern California build shop Galpin Auto Sports, Martin has more than 25 years of industry experience under his belt. Known best for his role on the TV show “Pimp My Ride,” he is currently working with the U.S. Air Force to build a custom 2009 Ford Mustang called the “X1” and new Dodge Challenger called “The Vapor’ to help with recruiting efforts.
