After a successful pilot with Molloy Business Development Group, Colony Tire has chosen to expand its usage of Molloy's patent-pending Language of Commitment™ training program.

Colony Tire has elected to put all of its 40 stores through this comprehensive and unique sales and customer service training. Colony Tire has also chosen to implement Molloy's Mastering the Telephone™ program in order to improve employee confidence, enhance communication skills, and increase sales.

Through the pilot program, which began as a collaborative effort between Molloy Business Development Group and Colony Tire's nine store market in the Raleigh area, Colony Tire began studying The Language of Commitment with the short term goal being improved communication with prospects and customers. Using this technique, Molloy has repeatedly aided companies in growing revenue, even in the most depressed areas of the nation, the company states.

Together, the two companies evaluated the improvements made and worked as a team to increase management and employee involvement in this communication building program.

“This new partnership with Colony Tire is an exciting opportunity for both their company and ours," says Dan Molloy, president, founder and CEO of Molloy Business Development Group. "At Molloy Business Development Group, we look at our clients as family and view their successes as our own, therefore we will put our all into working with Colony Tire.”

Colony Tire, based out of Edenton, N.C., has more than 500 associates in its 40 locations throughout North Carolina and Virginia. The company was founded in 1976.
