Safelite Contributes $10,000 to Education Foundation

July 18, 2013

July 18, 2013—Safelite Group, a vehicle glass and claims management company, contributed $10,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation.

Safelite’s contribution enhances the Education Foundation’s ability to offer grants and scholarships to career and technical schools and colleges and the students attending these schools.

“Proper education ensures quality workmanship and helps enhance our industry’s reputation,” said Jerry Beigel, senior vice president of Safelite’s insurance claims business unit.

The donation will support the Education Foundation’s Collision Repair Education Campaign fund, which allows the foundation to provide its annual student scholarships, school grants, and the annual Ultimate Collision Education Makeover $50,000 school grant.
