Auto Data Labels donates vehicle replacement labels

Nov. 2, 2011

Nov. 2, 2011—Auto Data Labels will supply vehicle replacement labels free of charge to collision repair training programs at schools across North America.

Auto Data Labels explained that the decision was based on the important role students in these programs play in the future of the industry.

The company says that students in collision repair training programs know how important vehicle replacement labels are; they have critical safety information such as tire pressure labels, fan warning labels and federal emissions labels, among other information.

In some cases, replacement labels aren’t available from the manufacturer, or they can be expensive for schools.

So that’s why Auto Data VIN Labels made these available free of charge to schools through the Collision Repair Education Foundation. They thought it would be a valuable service to the industry.

Schools can order labels by e-mailing [email protected]. Instructors can also download standard operating procedures for ordering and replacing labels.
