University of the Aftermarket Awards 110 Student Scholarships

June 10, 2013—The University of the Aftermarket Foundation on Monday awarded educational scholarships to 110 students who are pursuing careers in the automotive aftermarket.

Each of the 110 scholarship recipients will receive $1,000 to advance their education at a vocational or technical college. All of the student winners are either attending or entering vocational programs to become mechanical, collision or heavy-duty repair professionals.

“The University of the Aftermarket Foundation considers scholarships a valuable investment in the future of our industry. We wish these students all the best as they pursue their aftermarket careers,” said Rusty Bishop, chairman of the University of the Aftermarket Foundation.
