Caliber becomes diamond-level member of NABC

March 23, 2012

March 23, 2012—Caliber Collision Centers on Thursday upgraded its membership with the National Auto Body Council (NABC) from the gold to diamond-level, the highest level of NABC corporate sponsorship.

“As a gold-level member, we began participating in NABC’s Recycled Rides program in late 2011 and saw for ourselves the benefits for both the industry and the special individuals living in the communities we serve,” said Steve Grimshaw, president and CEO of Caliber. “The good work NABC does struck a positive chord within Caliber, and it seemed fitting that we take our commitment to the next level.”

“We welcome Caliber Collision to our circle of diamond members,” said Chuck Sulkala, executive director of the NABC. “A first-class repair organization, they have shown their willingness to roll up their sleeves and work diligently on behalf of our industry and those we serve. Their added involvement, together with that of other quality repairers, insurers and vendors, make it possible for us to identify, develop, and implement initiatives that promote our vision of automotive collision repair as a valued and respected industry. More to the point, they help make that vision a reality.”

The NABC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the image of the collision repair industry. The organization’s membership is open to all collision repair industry companies and professionals. Membership applications are available at the NABC’s website, autobodycouncil.org.
