Sept. 5, 2012
Sept. 5, 2012—Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes will conduct its next set of A-Plus Network University EcoLean training courses Sept. 27 at the company’s headquarters in Warrensville, Ohio, near Cleveland.
Sherwin-Williams said the EcoLean training will feature its “Estimating Solutions for Profit” workshop. The training course addresses how collision repair shops can close more sales, create loyal customers and improve estimating accuracy in order to increase business. The program is designed for collision repair facility owners, managers, estimators and customer service representatives.
“Collision repair facilities need to utilize the powerful principles of lean production to help increase both their productivity and profit margins within their shop,” said Troy Neuerburg, manager of marketing business services for Sherwin-Williams. “Lean collision repair shops understand that it is imperative they learn to write and negotiate more profitable estimates. It is the first and one of the most necessary steps in remaining competitive in the collision repair marketplace.”
