Aug. 29, 2012—Several industry organizations will honor the achievements of multiple collision repair professionals at an awards ceremony during this year’s Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW).
Organizations that will present awards during the ceremony include FenderBender, SkillsUSA, Automotive Management Institute (AMI), Automotive Service Association (ASA) and two other industry publications.
ASRW organizers said the AMI will also present its graduating class of 2012.
ASRW 2012, which includes the NACE and CARS events, will be held Oct. 10-13 at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. The ASRW Industry Awards ceremony is scheduled for Oct. 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the National World War II Museum. Tickets for the event can be purchased online for $35, and is open to all ASRW attendees.
“We’ve made some significant changes to this function this year, to showcase and honor the recipients of the industry’s most prestigious awards,” said Ron Pyle, president of the ASA. “The museum provides the perfect backdrop for a meaningful awards ceremony and a memorable evening.”
The ASRW Industry Awards ceremony is sponsored by four collision repair industry publications, including FenderBender.
